Someone has offered me one without box or papers. Is this even a configuration CRK made? Assuming I can’t disassemble it, any tips to verify that it isn’t a counterfeit? If I buy it, I will send it to CRK for verification but by then it will be mine.

I'm not sure if they did a Starburst tanto or not, so it may be an aftermarket blade swap. However, I can, sight unseen almost guarantee the scales are real. How? No one, and I mean no one, fakes lefties. 🤪

(Spoken as a proud lefty.)

Lol. I am ambidextrous so I am going to try a lefty.

I can’t remember if any Wilson Combat CRK was a tanto. I know for the longest time, one dealer was the only place you could find a tanto. Since that arrangement stopped, you find them everywhere now. I’d bet the show slab was swapped out. The one I have is a drop point in S35VN.
If it doesn’t look like this, it’s not real
