I have been thinking about how to be able to draw my Mora 200 with only one hand for a while. Didn´t want to make it to complicated and today i found an ok solution...
Found my sheath for the Fenix 1XAA light, jammed the mora sheath in there and viola!
Just attach a piece of lanyard, in the space at the bottom of the sheath, Rambo style 
I have been carrying the knife by the carabiner for a while now, just for easy attach and de-attaching of the knife, this lowers the knife for for more natural grab of the knife, bigger or longer carabiner for lower placement of the knife...
And afterward I jammed a light my fire firesteel in the same space the lanyard go through, secure it with a lanyard.
