Legal Advice on Deadly Force

Deadly force scare the crap out of my because god forbid you have to make the choice to use it or not the choice I am sure will be made in a split second. Then the Cops, DA, and World will have all the time to decide if your actions was justified.

As I get older I run and move slower, but always think of the Rodent King incident in Los Angeles were that video tape was run over, and over again by the media.

The cops were put on trail before the trail & after a second trail they were roasted, and live ruined.

Hope non of use is ever force to make the choice to use or not use deadly force.

Good article.

Excellent right up, I would also point out evidence "gun" and state "I was attacked". You called 911, I was attacked, that's the gun he used, I'm a bit shakened up and I need to talk to a attorney before any questions. Clearly makes me out as the victim. The police are gathering evidence the first couple minutes trying to decide who's the victim.

...I'm a bit shakened up and I need to talk to a attorney before any questions.

This can't be more correct. I'm a huge supporter of law enforcement, most of my friends are in law enforcement (mostly federal, a few local), but one shouldn't interact with law enforcement without an attorney. The attorney knows how to navigate through everything you'll be going through. Any statement you may make that you think is innocuous, innocent, or make off-handedly can bite you in an investigation. Let your attorney guide you. The police aren't out to get you, but they only know what they learn through investigation. Let your attorney help them and you. Just my .$.02.
