Hello,
I'm new here. Is there a specific forum for discussing legalities. I have already read as much of my California state law as possible and am still confused on a couple of points.
Is it legal to carry a Myrico Blackie collins 4" folder, 8 inches open, in an open position in the side pocket of my carhart jeans legally?

. Also, check your local jurisdiction for carry restrictions on carrying fixed blades or open folders.
 
I didn't know that having a CCW applied changes to knife carry as well.
Is there any information on this. Knife carry changes was not covered in our CCW class.
 
1. In Cali, carrying a folder when it is locked open and fully concealed is a felony under PC 12020

2. Having a CCW does NOT change the above Penal COde Section.
