I could not find any reliable answers to this question, thought this would be a good place to try after my last post in Bf.
So I live in New Jersey, which is truly the worst state to live in when it comes to firearms and knives, or just about anything that the state considers dangerous, because of how many ways they can be interpreted.
Anyways I usually carry a knife on me whenever I go anywhere, unless I am going to be at school or other areas where it might not be permitted. My knives are usually assisted opening folders, so unless I am wearing a belt they usually go in my pocket. As far as I know, that would be considered concealed carry. Is anyone aware of what the laws are in New Jersey in relation to the concealed carry of folders?
Also, what about fixed blade? If I was to wear a fixed blade no my belt and have the knife hidden under my blouse to my NWUs or something, would that be considered concealed?
Very vague questions, and even if this is technically not allowed, I wold probably end up doing it anyways to be honest. I am just curious to see what the legal side of this would be if anyone knows.
