Legal Knife in Canada?

Spring assisted knives are fine. Anything sold in Canada at reputable dealers are legal to own and carry. I have several spring assisted knives mostly bought from the states but a few from places here in Canada. If anything I would just recommend against buying that Mtech as their quality isn't ideal. If that is the model you like then check out the M16 series from CRKT, similar knife but quality is generally better.

Mtech is currently on my "Don't Buy" list as it appears that their customer service repair department draws heavy vacuum. Check the most recent thread in GBU about repair nightmares.
