a friend of mine is getting a divorce. She was served with papers and she has a question. Her soon to be ex listed the marriage with the date being off by two years and even got the city and county wrong. Is that something that would make the divorce null and void? Is that something that is required to be corrected? Any info would be appreciated.

It can be corrected at the court hearing. Clerical errors like this typically do not nullify the legal action. She should consult an attorney, or hire one to represent her.
