Legal to own+carry in Illinois?

I'm planning on buying an M-Tech Xtreme G10 karambit, does anyone know if it would be legal to own and carry in Illinois and maybe Chicago specifically too? The knife is spring assisted and has a 2.5" blade. Thanks

According to my knife rights app, spring assisted knifes are in the yellow zone which means it's questionable.
Chicago I would not take any chances.
