legal

RevDevil provided the best source, the state law. Here's the "For Dummies" quick summary:

Ownership: Legal
Sale: Legal (unless sold from out of state)
Non-concealed (plain sight) carry: Legal (except on school property)
Concealed Carry: Illegal*

*Exceptions are being on your own private land. There is also a affirmative defense you can raise if arrested, but you must prove you were going to or from a legitimate activity where the knife is used. However, this defense is unlikely to stand for a switchblade due to their offensive reputation.
