legit black charge Ti?

i've been trying to decide between an SOG Powerlock with the black oxide finish and a charge. if this is a legitimate variant my choice will be a lot easier.

The Charge Ti is grey color Titanium scales; they are not Black Oxide finished,or coated, like the SOG is.

The link you provided of the Charge Ti shows the grey color of the scales, which is standard for that model.

Where would you buy one of these Black Oxide Charges? I looked but I couldn't find them on sale anywhere. Are they even available yet?

Check this link, the charge is $99.90, it is not on sale but they still have, they have both CHARGE TI AND XTI, NEW WAVE AND BLAST models on black oxide finish.
I order from them the blast and the new wave both in black and I got both ok. All the black oxide tools come with the new black tactical nylon sheath wich is a normal premium sheat but instead of yellow letters and sign, this one is grey, unfortunelly you cant buy just the sheath.
