lemon oil and Micarta

I have one knife that has Micarta handles,my G.E.C. #73 its red Micarta and I just wiped it down with some lemon oil and it sure is pretty now! I know G-10 isn't harmed by nothing short of a blow torch but lemon oil on Micarta handles wont do any damage will it? I wouldnt think so but im not a Micarta expert. It seems it may even preserve it better.

It will be fine. A coat of paste wax will last longer.
