It is a long story, but this knife is a knife that just didn't work out for the customer. I cleaned it all up, sharpened it like I like and put a very cool etch on it.

It was a sour experience on my part, but I took about an hour and made lemonade.

So I will give it away to the person that posts the best (by my judgment) picture of a Northwoods knife. I'll pick the winner on Monday or Tuesday.

Derrick, I'm not sure if this one is from before you had control of the mark, but it's a Northwoods none the less.

My Bad! Saw a nice traditional and read what I thought was Northfield.

Not an entry, don't have any Northwoods (though I pine for a clip point Madison Barlow in dark blue camel bone or ivory), but very cool etch.
 
I'd be happy to add my Northwoods to the mix!! A wonderful gift from the wife:)

Its seen a ton of use, and has some GREAT popcorn stag

Not an entry, don't have a Northwoods knife yet :( I love the pattern though, and thank you for your generosity.
