Length of the folder

We talked about pocket clips, thumb stud/blade hole, blade shapes etc., but I don't recall any discussion on length of the folder.

I want a EDC that I can use in the office in front of my co-workers. To me that means 3 inches or shorter, like the Small Sebenza that is on my keychain right now. I know many people prefer a bigger folder, but if we were living in the ideal world, I would just take my ZT NO to work instead of a folder

Who knows what Jerry is going to do on this issue. I'd expect something around 3"-3.5" though......

I'll admit I'm with you guys also 3"-3.5" would be perfect. If I need something bigger I've got plenty of FB's, and usually within arms length.

Now don't misunderstand me. I'd be the first person jumping up and down for joy with a 4"-4.25", it just doesn't seem likely with the current demand for smaller high-end folders.

I get so confused. I was all set to agree with the three inches part when I relaized you guys were talking about length, not thickness!  ;)

I think both would be ideal. I know that's greedy.....but, I like the idea of having a small and large busse folder. I guess, like the strider AR/GB (which I only carry when I'm out) and the smaller SnG (which I will carry in more a work setting).......A nice heavy duty 4" bladed busse for cqc and a smaller 3" for edc.....

well, we can all dream.

Why not both??? That would cover the 3" folks who are legistlated into stubby blades, and still allow larger ones for the rest.

Length is a big issue for me :footinmou  .

For EDC in NYC it has to be under 4'' . I would love the ability to really (and legally) carry a Busse every day :D

I think that 4" is the legal limit in some states. So how about something just under, say 3 1/2" - 4".
