Howdy all,

This one was done for a friend and leader from the MARSOC community. Design is a utility sheepsfoot style. Overall length is 7.5 inches with a 3 inch cutting edge.

The blade is 1/8" thick carbon damascus from Markus Balbach in Germany, this is the second billet I had bought at Blade several years back. The steels used are an O2 equivalent and tank barrel steel from a Leopard 4 tank. Etched in muriatic acid and finished with 2000 grit paper. HT done by Peters'.

Handle is some more Ghost Black G10 from AKS with a stainless corby and lanyard tube.

Enjoy:

Cool looking blade...may be too pretty for a marine though :p

Thanks guys! This one was fun to make and I am liking the Ghost Black more and more. Also like how the O2 has a bluish tint to it in the Damascus.
