The brief burst will be visible in the eastern US, the Maritime provinces and western Europe. Look to the NE near the horizon starting at 11:45. It's going to be cloudy in NE Ohio; so what's new. :(

Strange, they always seem to happen just before my birthday. I wonder if it means anything??:D :D :D ;)

I saw a couple of shooting stars just yesterday morning, about 6 or so. I love catching part of the grand design.

I'll keep an eye out. Saw a few last night. The upcoming Geminids are supposed to be really good this year sometime in December.

One of the few good memories I have of my Dad was wathing the Leonids...way too late to fix things with him, but in his memory, I'll check them out tonight.

Negative so far.

Three years ago, there were so many- and so bright- they were lighting up the house.

Worth a look, but nuttin' yet.

I went out after midnite. Complete overcast. I am going to check at three or four in the morning. If I get up enough gumption there is a hill about a mile away.
I don,t mind the walk. Its in a park where punks hang out. Hmmm a stout stick and a pointy stabby thing. What to choose? What to choose?

Edited to add:

Alas and forsooth,no sortie among the uncouth.

The Leonids show not a trace.

No words to follow, the rest I will swallow.

To keep a smile on your face.
