I recently acquired a Les George TALOS. First of all the blade shape isn't my preference and the blade steel in my uses in the past is not my favorite. That being said, the F&F is better and smoother than any CRK Sebenza large or small, Umnumzaan, TAD dauntless, Strider SMF, or SnG that I've owned. I had a few questions I sent to the maker via the contact info off of the makers site and received a response in less than 12 hours. I have to say overall I am thourghly impressed. I plan to put this thing through the ringer with my daily tasks and report back. Maybe this steel with a semi custom HT and less than favorable blade shape (to me) will prove to be great. I'd love to get feedback from folks that have used Les George's knives.

I recently have picked up a Talos and Vecp. Both are very smooth and well put together knives. I also emailed Les about something and was very pleased with his helpfulness and quick response. I don't think xhp at 60 hrc will be winning a edge retention contest any time soon but it is good stuff and is easy to keep up.
