I wish I knew. Of my 3 dozen + CRK's, I only have 5 lefties. I've seen other on the block, but they were either something I wasn't hunting, or already snapped up when I got there. I also modified a small Seb with double thumb studs to be easier to open left-handed.

I've been meaning to take some new photos, but haven't found the time. (we were too busy doing nothing this weekend; it was great!)
So I'll just post some older pics:

The ebony inlay now has silver dbl lugs and silver spacer instead of the gold.

Just got this one. It's from 2006, S30V blade. After a thorough cleaning it's the smoothest operating Sebenza I've handled. I thought I wouldn't like the double lugs, but the way the ti is relieved around the off side has really grown on me. Not only does it really work well for RH opening, it also makes scales a little more ergonomic to grip. I also bought that small LH Reg from BLADE_SICKness (Thanks!). I was going to send this one in to the Spa, but I just can't part with it yet.
