Let the music play
I just wanna dance the night away
Here, right here, right here is where I’m gonna stay
All night long, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, wee

Let the music play on...

Spyderco ATR
Boyzzz and girlzzz, i must notice, this ATR is awesome!
..like a surgeon tool, simply SES (Super Ergonomic Scalpel) :)
I think, you need, into the bargain, Lamborghini and Rolex on the hand, like a complete set ... :p

Thanks so much for the pictures. One of these knives with full Spyderteeth and tip down carry would be just what the doctor ordered!

Simona, I'm not expert on photography, but you may want to practice adjusting the exposure levels when you have a bright background, such as the sky, so your subject will not darken. You appear young, so I'm assuming you're not stuck in a carreer yet. If you do want to get into photography, that's a very important skill to have.
I hope that helps.

Simona,

I'm not an expert either. Having said that, I know what I like to look at, and your pictures I definatly like to look at. Actually, I like the dark foreground bright background shots, nice siloutes (sp??) Anyway, thanks for all the time and effort you've put forth so that those of us who do not have the vairous knives can at least enjoy them vicariously.

Steve

Thanks !:)

to Walking Man : yee, thank for your advice, but sometime its intention, its more "dramatic"-- whe you leave dark foreground (knife, in this case), dark outlines on the light background :)
Sooo, im still learning :):)

Of course, what I really was refering to is the knife on the mound.
In my opinion, it would have been nice to see more detail of the hill underneath the knife. If you start photographing people this skill will become extremely important.

thanks for the beautiful pictures! Its nice to finally see some pictures of the ATR closed! seen a hundred open, some of the first pictures of it that have it open.

Thanks again,

Chuck

Does anybody know/tried to open this using the wave like feature of the assisted openiing? Will that tab perpendicular to the blade spine, catch the edge of a pocket enough to open the blade as it is drawn from the pocket?

Curious,

Keith

I was wondering something similar: If it doesn't behave like that already, all it would take is a slightly different design to the (user-replaceable?)cobra hood to make it perform like a wave.

Awesome, simply awesome! I think your pics have convinced me to buy one. And damn, I didn't know we had such good looking women in the forums! Hey, uh...how much is airfare to Prague?

It would, I guess, if you leave the pivot screw loose enough, but then you will have the blade opening in your pocket. I found that it worked that way with my Salsa which also has the hood, and I was just lucky to have only my pocket be cut.
