I am particularly thinking Tweener handles here, but all Beckers are welcome. People are going to start wanting to pimp their tweeners...what options are there for handles? I know Tommythewho is already cranking out wood scales...any Micarta? What about stuff like Zytel or Kryptoglow? Is Ka-Bar doing micarta? What about people here on Bladeforums? I've seen the metal BK-14s...don't recall who it is.

If you know sources/forum members doing cool aftermarket handle work, post the source and a pic if available. Thanks!

Ka-bar probably will make micarta down the road but I dont know that for sure.

I believe it was Sp@rks that made the metal 14 handles... Or something like that. I don't remember for sure.

I'm hearing rumors about tweener scales in (factory?)G-10 and micarta. The news should be coming out this week.

I'm sure Saint Cutlery will be making micarta at some point.

G10 and Micarta are suppose to be available this week. I spoke to the manufacturer friday. He's suppose to let me know as soon as they are available and I will pass on the info. $35 a set on the micarta and $40 a set on the G10. Thats shipped and paypal'd of course. :D

I bet F'aler will be making the occasional micarta scales. I've made a few myself, as well as various ones in wood.

You know I really want to, I have a bunch of Red Heart slabs already cut up. There's a design flaw I can't reconcile though. I mean a design flaw in how I normally do them on the larger knives. I gotta figure out a couple things.

I am excited to see micarta and the G10 also. Can't wait to get my production 16 and start pimpin' it out!

Making my own micarta and "samurai" camo G-10 scales. But Ka-Bar are now making their own G-10 scales? Hmmm......
