Ground, I think, although last time I sent beans...figuring he'd work it out. I mean, even I can make the conceptual transition from whole beans to ground beans.

Just wrap it, identify it as "coffee and candy" and send it off to the IPO. Took about two weeks the last time I heard from him...supply lines vary, I'd imagine. No huge boxes, unless you have fragile stuff.
