The blade on the Orange one appears to have a coating. Did it come that way? I like the look.

Yes. Black. Finish is spottier than I would think but it doesn't bother me.. blades were reversed. Black blade and black spacer on silver originally.

Those are both great looking. I've never owned one. They look solid though...
