I thought I would snap a few photos of a couple of my EDC's (since I am bored to death on a Friday). What are you carrying this weekend?

Nice photos!

My Small 21 is EDC'd more than any other:

As for pistols, I usually have (on me or in my satchel) a 9mm Glock 26 and a 40S&W Springfield XD-40. Never have taken pix of my pistols, though . . . maybe I should do that one of these days!

What a great set of Sebenza's, Jorge! You need a small ivory one in there to round things out I think. ;)

Here's what's in my pocket today.....

Thanks! The snub is a S&W Performance center model 327 (8-shot revolver). The next one is a Limited Model 28 Lew Horton Performance Center 8-shot revolver. The last is a Limited 2010 slate-wood Kimber ultra carry II 8 shot as well. I figure that if I cannot get it done with 8 I can't get it done period. I'm a revolver man straight pin to primer so I normally carry those. The kimber comes with me sometimes if I feel like being lazy and relying on the crimson trace;)

Thanks I love your shots as well, how do you like the Glock? I have always kept away from them because they always felt beefy to me but Glock owners swear by them.

Thanks, Steve! Would one be hinting at a gorgeous Mammoth Bark Ivory that is currently on the exchange board;) Is that satinwood? Purdy Knife you got there Steve:)

Who me? I have no idea what you're talking about

That's Curly Maple from '03, the birthyear of my youngest son.

How do you like the 327? I've been thinking of one as a "car gun": for AIWB or ankle carry when I can't get to a regular holster because I'm sitting.

20-odd oz sounds a lot more pleasant than 13 (for the little J-frames) for either .38spl or .357mag…

Beautiful guns and tools, by the way!

I love the 327, it is a an N-frame though, so it takes some time getting used to. But the upside of it is when your shooting a 357 mag round it is easier on the hands and quicker to center your next target. If you have been holding out on one I would definitely recommend pulling the trigger on one (no pun intended).

I do believe you just cost me a grand :D

Oh, and here's what I've been carrying around today (apart from all of my winter gear!).

(Click for bigger.)

Large regular Sebenza, Spyderco Cricket, HDS EDC 100 Hi-CRI flashlight, Dan Wesson CBOB .45ACP, Monica Kuehn custom Bodhi holster, Midnight Manager (shirt pocket) and Rambler (in Mission Wallet), Space Pen, bandanna, prybar, All-Ett wallet.

In the background is my large Saddleback briefcase in light tobacco, which holds the rest of my junk :)

The Glock 26 is the "baby" Glock -- it's a great back up pistol (and I can disassemble and reassemble it blindfolded!). The XD-40 is my primary weapon, and I prefer it to any Glock because it feels more like a 1911 in the hand, but it still has the polymer frame.
