Serpico, welcome to the Buck part of the forum... But you can't talk about buying and selling on this part of the forum...

Good luck on your hunt...

Candidates, the ones off the top of my head, Buck 112s with S30V:

Cherrywood buildout

Burgundy Paperstone Barehead BCCI members special

Scalloped Buffalo Horn and Brass (110 was offered at the same time with same materials, keeps the 112 company in the vault), pic of 112:

That's a mighty fine looking 112, definitely on my radar now! Thanks for the pic oregon:thumbup:

There has been a few 112s with S30V and I like them all ,

But this one is my favorite 112 .

and the other side with the BOS S30V .

That is some spectacular beautifully colored wood and it is enhanced by the golden-colored brass pins and bolsters on your outstanding S30V 112. WOW! A sight for my sore eyes. So small is beautiful. Just gold plate the lock pin and you'll get a gold star on your next "great taste in knives" report card! :)

2006 BCCI issue S30V DP

Buck Custom shop 112's NK frame, FG, one Ram's Horn, one Sambar Stag, S30V on both

S30V 112's are not very common enjoy the hunt!

I like the 112 but never new that you could get a s30v blade in one! I never bought one cause I didnt want the 420 steel but now I might have to keep my eyes open. :)

Thanks for the kind words oregon and I like your picture in a picture thats a very clever picture .

I was told there were 10 of those #-4 buildout knives but the list shows only three were made .

DM, I really like the looks of those paperstone bareheads, I still kick myself for not grabbing one while they were still available.

Thanks, I know what you mean as I missed out on the collectors offering in 2006 for the stag drop point 112. As John's photos shows a real handsome knife. So, I made up my mind I would avoid that error next time. Those really perform well. DM

I will take this as sage advice, and keep my eye peeled and wallet ready if the BCCI offers any 112 S30V's in the future ;)
