Opinel No.2 with ebony handles. Blade length = 1 5/8 inches. Open length 3 1/8 inches

This post made me Google worlds smallest pocket knives. Picture search results are awesome.

Sorry for not truly contributing to the photo sharing. Just had to share. Now I want a tiny knife

Here is a small Mayo fixed blade:

And a small Randy Lee fixed blade:

I have a smaller Gerber fixed blade but don't have photos of it. I have a couple of very small folders, one by A.G. Russell and one by Spyderco, each one not much more than 1" long when closed. I have the smallest of the Gerber LST folders, probably less than 3" long when open, and I used to have the smallest of the Kershaw Onion series (Chive?) until my daughter grabbed it.

1/4 scale war knife, i still need to shape the guard, blade is hand forged 15n20. i think the wood is wenge, it was a fence post or a support beam my aunt says, she also thinks its cherry, but my dad who makes banjos says its not. im just happy its wood!

a 1/6 scale kampilan, the blade is a bi-metal sawzall sawsall zaawswall, uhh, you know those saws. hopefully i will be able to see the different metals when its all done, it looked like there was about 1/8" of good steel on the edge of the blade. all wood is purple heart.

small knives are not miniatures and a miniature that does not function as a knife is a model, if a small knife is a scaled down fully functional replica of a larger knife then it is a miniature, but i dont think 1/2 scale or larger is really a miniature.

ive been wanting a miniature folder for a while now, they look so neat, are they mostly useable?

Here is a tiny little FB with CTS-XHP steel and mammoth ivory handles. It was made by Eliot Maldanado.
