Don't you all love small Fixed Blades, you can carry them anywhere, Interestingly even in NYC with their Draconian Knife Laws, any single edged fixed blade under 4" is legal. They are good for most every EDC task, don't get me wrong I love the Big ones, but I don't make it out into the woods enough, so they don't get much use. But I love the Small ones mainly because I use them.
Show off yours, maybe we will learn about some new ones, or get some ideas

Some sharp looking knives.

Whats the top right with the burl wood (?) handles ? Very nice.

Below it too with the rubber handle ? Rant ?

I bought a Blind Horse Frontier Valley flat grind knife a little while back and really enjoy the convenience of working with a fixed blade. After the BH I got a Fiddleback Bush Boot 7 3/8" oal
and I have a Hiking Buddy 7 1/2" oal and a Bark River Woodland Special 6.87" oal coming.

well I don't have it yet, but a small fixed blade knife I want to get is the Buck Woodsman. It's pretty much a scaled down version of the Buck 119. It has a 4in blade and only weighs 2.5 oz. Pretty cool............ I think :)

Those fancy wood handles are nice aren't they.

Cool collection.

The left side 2nd from the bottom isn't Wood.
It's Mammoth Ivory, and in my opiniOn one of the most beautiful examples I have ever seen

Bottom right is Stag

Wow. That Buck Woodsman looks really cool. Never saw that before

Yea It is. The first time I saw it I was in a local hunting store. I thought it was a fake tiny knock-off of the buck 119 but looked at it closer and It is a buck. Buck has it on their website for $68.00 and they even have one with a wood handle and Brass for $88.00. They are really cool little knives.

BTW: I'm from NY too

Hi Slider817 -

Very nice collection.

Here is my JK SSS (Small Simple Scandi) next to an Izula for size comparison.

The knife is 01 steel with torched oak handles, and comes with a leather sheath as pictured.

It is a handy little knife with a lot of uses.

MQQN. Love that JK, never handled one of his knives. Was looking into a higher quality scandi ground blade than my Moras. I think this may be a good option.

Thanks

Also, did you look at the Baby Kephart (C Bryant design), it looks pretty cool. It's in 2011 lineup

Hi Slider -

I have a JK Kephart and an EDC Kephart - and I have seen the baby keppie - it is a real nice knife. I saw one in orange G10 that was just outstanding.

Here are a couple of pics of my EDC Kephart -

Most everything I have is bigger than what you're talking about here, but here's a nice pair of Gerber Freemans in S30V:

Beautiful Knives, I think there are a couple of JKs in my future.
Also, what wood is that EDC Kephart in?
