Knife-related or not, let's see your tattoos. Keep it kid-friendly please. I know many members have ink, and I'd love to see what you've got. I'll post mine when I get access to my father's camera.

EDIT: As much as I like the designs on paper and on the wall of the tattoo shop (flash) please don't include those here; just the ink on your skin. I'm curious to see who has what (and where).

Cool. I've already got ink there. I'm trying to get my wife to shoot photos of my tattoos as I type this, but I've got a lot of them. I might just set the camera up on some books and use the timer.

It's actually from a book about Persia; he's a djinn. Basically, a genie, but back in Persia they had a more sinister symbolism. Once the djinn grants your third wish, he gets your soul. This isn't mentioned when the wishes are granted and you only find out afterwards (when you die) so it kind of teaches a lesson about human nature.

The movie "Wishmaster" comes to mind for this.
 
I got my pentagram so the Gods would take care of me in Iraq. I was practicing Celtic paganism back then. The bar code with my blood type and serial number are for if the Gods weren't looking :p

Left forearm, inside. I traded the exact knife for the tattoo that it represents (M3 Trench Knife).
