For those of you that stamp your mark on blades, what height letter did you order?

Thanks,

Dave,
For folders I use 1/16th and for larger fixed blades I use 3/32nd.
I have a hydralic setup and had Evers make the stamps out of rod and tap the end. I screw it into the upper plate and raise the lower one. Some have it attached to a small arbor press and pull the handle down to make contact, then hit it with a hammer.

Dave, I let the stamp manufacturer pick the size since I have a long name and wasn't sure. Letters measure .070" Smaller stamps are much easier to use.

Mine's just a logo, the largest one I have is 1/8" tall; the smaller is just under 3/32". For larger projects I think I'll want a slightly taller logo. This is different than using a name stamp though, since it's shorter than my name would be.
