I think about the best system of Folder.
The most credible system is Lockback as #110. But it is not easy to one-hand close( I can one-hand close Gerber E-Z-OUT. But cannot #110).
Liner lock is easy to one-hand close. But not easy to close with weak hand, and not so strong.
Chrisreeve sevenza is great toughness and simplest, but so hard I feel and so expensive. And as linerlock, not easy to close with weak hand.
Axis system is greatest now, but it is not so certain in snow or mud I heard.
I occer, if base is lockback, but release with lever on both side bolster!
It is as tough as lockback, but easy to one-hand close with both hand.

I'm not so sure that I agree with you, but one part of your post I don't understand. You use the word "occer." Did you mean offer? Odder?

I think that lockbacks are still valid locks, and will remain in wide use for a long time. Yes, they are difficult to close one-handed. Many aren't so sure that is a bad idea. Maybe knives should be harder to put away.

I'm also not sure what you mean when you say the Sebenza is hard. Sebenzas do not normally come with a dual-sided thumbstud. They do come left handed though. Since mine is right handed and I don't have the second thumbstud, it had never occured to me to try to close the knife left handed. It wasn't all that difficult, for my first try.

The Sebenza is not difficult to open at all. It is not difficult to close one-handed either. In fact, it always seems a little amazing to me that that big locking bar moves aside so easily. That is probably one of the several reasons the Sebenzas are so expensive. They are extremely precisely made. Despite their apparent bulk, they open and close very easily and smoothly. Yes, they are expensive, but the best of anything usually costs more than lower quality items.

So far as the levers on both sides of the bolsters, many people are concerned about being able to remove/draw their knife from their pocket or waistband quickly and easily. I think that levers large enough to give any purchase to a thumb would hang up on the edges of pockets or whatever the knife is kept in.

You spoke once or twice about using knives with the weak hand. The Spyderco Enduras, Delicas, Wayne Goddard Ltwts, Native, and Calypso Jr Ltwt are all ambidextrous. The Axis knives are also ambidextrous. There is far less need at this time to be using a knife with the weak hand. As pointed out, the Sebenzas come left handed. I'm not quite sure what you're looking for in the way of knives easily operated by the weak hand. Could you please be more specific?
