I recently inquired about a knife I had won 2 ganzaas ago. It was a camo 311. I paid for it the day I received my email stating that I had won it. This was a while ago, and just thought I would email and check. Sometimes these things take a bit. As it turns out, my order just never made it out. Lexi got it handled SUPER fast and it arrived today. As always, excellent customer service from the crew! Many thanks Lexi!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I can't speak highly enough of Lexi and the CS that I have received from Busse.

That's the thing about INFI. We all know when we get an order placed that patience is part of the process. Of course, that doesn't stop us going slowly crazy and checking the mailbox twice a day.

The 311 is a sweet knife. Nice score
