I have both, and have EDC'ed both. The LFK is a great second (or third, or fourth, lol) knife, as it is so light and takes up no room in the pocket, and it makes a great "non-scary" knife to pull out for small tasks in the presence of "sheeple"; the downsides are that it is so small that a small lanyard would be needed to be able to do a "thumb-flick opening" (if you're are into that kind of deployment), the aluminum scales become pretty beat-up looking over time riding in the pocket (doesn't affect function at all, just cosmetic), and there is no pocket clip. With the OD-2, you have a nice small, inconspicuous pocket clip (yet secure) that you can remove if you prefer to carry in the pocket, FRN scales that will show much less wear, and that great flipper that provides fun, fast deployment (but yet can be deployed slowly in front of "sheeple"). As for blade steel comparison, I haven't "hard-used" either one, but have only touched up the LFK two or three times in the years that I have carried it, and have only touched up the OD-2 once (not that it really needed it), and have had good luck so far with all of my other knives with 8Cr13MoV steel. Hope this helps a bit!
