liberty model plumb axe

hey fellows! i was wondering if any of you guys have one or have any info on the plump liberty axe jersey pattern.
when were they made, etc.. im having a problem finding any info on the net.
any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Here's some information in addition to what's available at YesteryearsTools.

I found a reference to Plumb's "Liberty" brand dating back to 1918.

There is a specific reference to Plumb's "Liberty Single Bit Jersey" axe in an American Forestry Association book published in 1937.
