After finish grinding the knife I used for my testing videos:

I took a couple pictures of the knife at the end of all the tests.
Some surface scratches can be seen around the logo and on the bevels but it held up nicely.
I'm not sure which logo I like best the solid black or the black on silver (bare metal) but the one seen here took the abuse better and looks nicer after bouncing of the ground and various rocks.
This logo is both deep etched .002 and blackened.
This knife has satin polished bevels without the heat-treat oxidization. I think I like the black bevels better.
