My name is Hal Zucati.
I make throwing knives.
I've been thinking about starting knife making since I was 4 and I'd managed to loose all but one of my my mothers German steak knives in the nearby woods.
I've just taken my website live and have made some demonstration videos.
I've been a member of this forum since 2010 and have upgraded this year to knife-maker/craftsman.
I'm working with primarily S7 steel now and the following examples are of this material.
I purchase my steel in flat-ground oversized barstock and have the profiles water-jet cut.
The rest of the process including all grinding, heat-treat, and finishing I do myself.
