If I was a journeyman electrician in GA rather than a journeyman carpenter in TN I'd be all over this one.
When I remodeled my house I hired a licensed electrician just to pull the permits and inspect my work before I called for a city inspection. It was a LOT cheaper than actually having the electricians do the work. Just food for thought if you don't get any takers. My first boss in this field was a licensed contractor who was a journeyman carpenter and a licensed electrical contractor in AL. Working for him I could legally do any of the work but tie it into the breaker box, and I know how to do that. The work really isn't that hard to do if you know the codes there and Lowe's sells everything you need to do it.
