Does anyone have one and is it worth the $240.00 they're asking (the phoeo of it looks great)?
Their description: The steel for the blade is 12C27 Stainless Sandvik Swedish steel hardened to 56-58 Rockwell.
The grips are French Pyrenees Mountain Boxwood with low Angle Jack inlay of kingwood, Pernambuco, and French Walnut.
All grips are hand polished and buffed with many different grits and finally nourished with a special ecological edible oil for a soft luster and wood preservation.
The plates are in Z40 15 Stainless / 1mm thick all the insides of the plates and the base of the blade get Geneva drilled with concentric circles as decoration (like gunsmithing or watch making).
All screws are specially turned and hardened stainless steel.
Blade is 3 (7.62cm) overall length 8 (20.32cm)
All knives get hand fitted with special teflon washers and rigorously tested before being delivered. The knife is packaged in a felt-lined metal case.
