Hello all,

Posting a few pieces I finished in the past two weeks - freshly squeezed with other words :)

My version of the smatchet style knife - my own mill-head damascus ( 7") w. an off-set grind, giving the user two edges to work with- one for slicing and one more suited for chopping. Bronze fittings w copper spacer and superb walrus ivory in rust-red and blue tones.

A double edged persian fighter - clay temp blade (12"), carved bronze fittings w. copper spacer and caramel colored fossil walrus

Chunk- an extra wide boot dagger. Double sharp, clay temp blade ( 3 1/4") Copper fitting w. bronze spacer. Handle is fossil walrus and ebony w. a filed northstar.

All for now, thanks for viewing!

Anders

Seeing new knives from Anders is always a treat. That Persian's especially nice, but that little "Chunk" is an absolutely delightful, perfectly formed piece of art.

It looks like the seed of a knife in spring, with the new blade sprouting.

Please send it to me!

John

I love that Persian Anders! A special treat seeing your work... thanks for posting!

Very nice indeed. I´ve admired your fittings since i saw your knives for the first time, in a swedish hunting magazine, many years ago.
If I had to pick one, I´d actually choose the little dagger, but they are all beautiful.

Wow, you actually saw that feature? You're the first one to refer to it. Glad to hear my work stayed in your mind and didn't disappear as the page was turned ;)

your knives are always so kick ass.

Very cool stuff. The little guy is my favorite too.
Darcy:)

Very beautiful. The Chunk is my favorite. It's just so small, stout, and well, chunky.

Now that persian fighter is turning into my dream blade. Thanks a lot, now I have another one to add to my "Must have" list. :p

VERY nice group of knives Anders. It would be difficult to pick a favorite, but that Chunk sure is an eye catcher!

Beautiful work Anders. I've had an itch for one of those small daggers for a while. I will scratch it one day.
