Maiden voyage in a new motor coach. Arrive at campground, set up and walk 100 yds. to lake. Catch our limit of 12 to 14" Rainbows and Browns, clean em' with my new Sebenza (had to do it once) Back to camp, Tangueray and tonic before a great meal (Heineken with dinner). Stroll around campground with a Macanuto and my faithfull Lab, back to camp and well... you know. Up in the morning, down to lake, again catch limit of 12 to 14"ers, (this time I clean em' with my favorite fish cleaning knife, an A.G. Russell scalpel. Leisurely drive home to find a new MOD Tempest in my mail box (and you thought there was'nt any knife content).
Oh, there was work involved too, like manipulating the buttons on the automatic levelers, pushing the button to start the generator for the AC, microwave and TV and pushing the button to start the water heater.

So, is this one of those land yachts that you don't go to the DMV for a license plate by to the post office for a zip code? Man, I've seen some of those things where you look at it and just know that if you went to get a cell phone for it, there'd be an extra fee since they'd have to assign it its own area code.

I used to live in Nashville. Every year, one of the local TV Stations would, at the end of the tourist season, award "stupidest manuver with rented RV." We had a lot of tourists in rented RVs in Nashville and they'd try stupid things. "I didn't know that you can't U-turn with a 60-foot RV? There should be a sign!" Yes there should... and you should be wearing it!

Anyway, take care of the faithful Lab.

Well I still go to DMV for plates but I'm afraid I might have to take out a second mortgage to buy plates. Yes I've seen some pretty stupid things done by the jumpsuit/cocked baseball hat crowd but I'm not quite there yet! This is just sooo much easier than the 23' travel trailer I traded in.
