I've been buying Benchmade knives for years. I've never taken advantage of the lifesharp service before, but I have a few knives that could really use some love now.

Is it ok to send in multiple knives at once, in this case 3 or 4? If they determine a blade or clip needs replaced will they just charge my card and everything is good to go? Anything I need to know doing this for the first time?

Yes, you can send in multiple knives at once. Fill out the form found in the link below and send with the knives. If a clip needs to be replaced there is no charge. If you would like to have a blade replaced for a non-warranty repair there is a fee (see form).

One of the reasons that I buy Benchmade is the great warranty and CS. I clicked the link to take a look as I've never sent a knife in either and saw this:

Benchmade no longer requires $5 for return shipping.

That's pretty awesome!

What if you live in Canada ? Is there a fee to ship it back to Canada?

Awesome,so you're saying they'll ship the knife back to the Uk for free.
I'm originally from Belfast lol.

I currently have three knives up at the factory, including my lightly used 319 Proper. Asking for a 20 degree edge and cleaning...let them do the rest as they see fit. Have faith in this process and am very rarely disappointed.
