I got an interesting call last night. A long time friend is a funeral director. They just had the crematoriums re-lined, and he asked if I knew what Castolite-30 was. I said I use it for cast refractory liners and forge pprojects. He asked if I wanted some....to which I said, "sure!". He said they had a pallet with thirty 50 pound bags and they were all mine. He even said it was no rush in picking them up, as they are stored in the back of the hearse garage.
I see a future making cast half cylinder dome table forges, ribbon burners, damascus forges with cast liners, cast refractory work tables, etc.
