My current work folder is a Blackhawk! Cruciable II; a good knife that has served me well for the last few years but tips the scales at 6.6 oz.
I'd like something similar-a beefy, full-size, decent steel folder that isn't too expensive( $50 to $75 +/-) and doesn't do double duty as a boat anchor(o.k. the Cruciable aint that heavy, but I do notice it)
Thanks in advance!

A large Cold Steel voyager is about 4.6oz, Benchmade 710 is about 4.5oz, Spyderco Superleaf is about 4.7oz, Spyderco Military is about 4.2oz, Spyderco Yojimbo 2 is about 4oz, A.G. Russell Italian Tactical is about 3.1 oz. Hope that helps some.

Missed your price requirements. Voyager, Kershaw Knockout and Ontario Rat 1 would all do nicely.

A second vote from me for the Benchmade 710. It can be pricey, especially if you get a LE or one in M390, but the D2 steel version can be found for a decent price.

A good alternative to the 710 would be a Griptilian. Many people swear by them and they are light, sturdy, and cheap.

I'm with Insipid Moniker on the suggestion for the Ontario RAT-1. One of the best, if not the best, values around for a larger/sturdy folder, imo...

Spyderco Native. Very similar in shape to your Blackhawk, availible in several lightweight versions.

Also maybe a Boker Resurrection 2, again because it has a similar look, and shouldn't require much adjustment on your part as far as deployment technique.

One final possible is the Sage 2. Recommended to me as a good knife, if you can get over the "bump".

I'm not going by pricing requirements, although I know it's a factor for me, too.
