I love the prosciutto slicing photo. Shows that the knife is a mean slicer.

That brings back memories of my aunts fridge, she always had a huge smoked pigs leg at the bottom of the fridge (just like in that picture). I bet he is Portuguese (facablade), faca is Portuguese for knife;)
