First, I'd like to say, now that I've had my EsKabar for a couple of weeks now, I love this knife. I never thought I'd have a use for a small fixed blade, but I was wrong.

Put on the orange scales, I think I'm gonna keep 'em on. Like them more than I thought I would. I also lashed on my PSK to the sheath.

Its a good-looking blade, which I have said before. Stripped the finish and have been using it for most of my food prep.

And just because, here's my Skunk in it's Azwelke sheath.

Thanks for looking everyone. Going on a little hike later, so hopefully I'll have some more pictures.

Went on a little hike with my son at the Ojai Meadows Preserve. Small protected wetlands, and some easy trails made for a nice day.

I'm really digging the 14 a lot. The town I went hiking in has a very high concentration of hippies. No, really. And I didn't get a second glance with my Bk14 around my neck. I actually think the orange scales made it look a lot less "scary". And I wish I was kidding about that last part. One of the quirks of living in Southern California.

If only we could condense hippies and hipsters into " bio diesel" the world would be a better place.

I've been to Ojai a few times, usually for work. It's nice country, and cooler than the IE, being near the coast. Good times! I think I need a smaller Becker for carrying. :D

Pretty clean set-up, nicely done. I have the orange handles on one of my 14's, huge improvement.

Thanks Murph. I used the pouch from my Army-issue Gerber Applegate-Fairbairn combat folder. The knife sucks, but it's a decent pouch, lol. And Tangle, I'll admit Ojai is probably cooler than the Inland Empire, but for Ventura County it's pretty darned hot in the summer. :)
