Just placed an order for an R2 off of Gritomatic with needed/recommended accessories. Also, I did see some lights on the site just not sure which one works best? Also, the recommended mount or arm for it.

Let me know, thanks!

I use a Fenix head lamp. Even if my sharpening area is well Sun lit. I've also used a Dewalt work light with an adjustable head. It did ok but took up too much room. I almost knocked it off the table more then once.

It's hard to beat a head lamp. The light goes where your eyes go. Not your eyes going to where the light is. Struggling to see. Having to adjust things.

You can get a nice and bright view of the edge.

I also have a Kobalt brand head lamp but it's kinda heavy. You'll feel the weight after an hour into running the edge.

This is the attachment that I designed for Gritomatic to work on the Hapstone R2.

I designed it to be paired up with the articulated arm that I also designed for them but I don't see that specific arm available anywhere on their website.

You'll have to drop Gritomatic a message and see what they have that will work with the attachment above.

Or give them a call: +1-470-227-7960

Thank you, I'll shoot them a message and see what they can come up with.
