hey guys. allow me to tell you all about the JYDII and the edge that thing has.
today i had to pic up some furniture and a big screen TV with my dad for the church. well we forgot the rope to tie the stuff down so we just took some beat up extension cord (that was missing an end anyway) that the church had and took it with us.
well we get there, load the stuff on the back of the pickup and proceed to tie it down.
turns out that the plugs that were still on the cord needed to be taken off.
so i bring out Butch (yes the JYDII has a name
) and go to work.
This knife has a heck of an edge i must say because it just went through the cord with minimal effort on my part. i had to cut maybe 4 of these off mind you. it isnt a lot of work, but the fact that it was thick wires does add a bit to the test (if i can even call it that).
in short Butch did a great job and didnt loose a bit of sharpness. it still shaves easily.
great job Kershaw!
(and Tim. I guess
)
