Lightest large blade

Hello all,
Love my larger sized Military CF or 710.
That said, the 710, depending on summer wear, can be heavy.
Even the Military gets a bit heavy.

Question is: What is the lightest large folder, close to 4" available that is of good caliber.
No pummeling needed, no prying etc, just a good steel strictly for cutting, larger sized blade with the lightest materiel and weight.

Using the Spyderco Military CF BG42 as a benchmark (damn I love that knife, has to be in my top 3) as my lightest large, any ideas for a lighter sub?

Spyderco Pacific Salt?

Spyderco Military (G-10): 4.25 oz, 4" blade, 9.5" overall
Benchmade 710: 4.5 oz, 3.9" blade, 8.8" overall
Spyderco Pacific Salt: 3oz, 3 13/16" blade, 8 5/8" overall

hmm, maybe a spyderco tenacious.. its 3 and a 1/2 inch blade... not as heavy as the 710, maybe like an once less or so?

A Spyderco Military heavy??? Man, that's like the lightest knife I own...

Like I said, its my lightest large.
Wondering if anything large is lighter.
Summer swim wear loose, not pants on the ground loose, but got wiggle room is all.
Plenty of folders smaller, just wondering if there's a bare bones skeleton out there approaching 4" that's even lighter .......... and less expensive in the even it gets lost.
The Military is near and dear to me heart :)

Sep and Jesse,
I think you hit it Endura 4.

55 free ship at amazon.
And that does have a good thick abusive blade, I have the wave one and always wanted a "normal" one.

And at 55, I will not sweat it at all if I loose it.

Thanks guys,
order placed :)

idk, the benchmade 940 osborne has a 3.4" blade and weighs 2.9 oz. i love mine to death, however the price tag isn't in the what i would call the "lose-able range"

I have and love a 943.
Only thing is it looses all the heavy feel, if you know what I mean.
For instance, the military, and the endura wave I have, somehow project workhorse.
My Osborne projects "gentleman", and is perfect in dockers, but somehow looses it in jeans.
Does that make sense?

maybe thats because of the blade difference. mine, being reverse tanto feels blade heavy. not sure if it is, but i don't get that "gentlemenly" vibe from it unless i'm lookin at it. they look sleek, but i have no doubt my 940 would tear through anything i asked it to

You may be right there.
The clip point may be the thing.
I have no doubt in its ability though, and it is very fast in the hand, just an extension.

Pac Salt, Spyderco Catcherman, or just pull the non-locking liner out of the Military.
