Hi All,

I just checked out the Timberline website, and saw that they now offer Schmidt refills for their LCP (Lightfoot Combat Pen).
I searched this forum and only came up with the last thread about this pen where people were having trouble finding refills for this pen. My question now is: Has anyone found the correct refill for this pen, and what number refill is it? I sent an email inquiry to their customer service, but if anyone else could share their experiences with this pen, I would definitely appreciate it!

You should be able to find them at Staples or an other stationery store.

Pencity.com has them as well as others online.

I should have been able to find the refill that came with the pen, their Megaline 4876M, a ballpoint, on the Schmidt website, but they didn't carry it.

Brigade Quartermasters has refills now, also. Nice that someone got around to providing them, although rollerballs aren't always ideal.

The pen handles nicely. I like writing with it. In the interim, I also picked up the Fred Perrin pen, which is as effective for SD and much more normal (covert) looking. And it takes a Parker Jotter or Fisher space pen refill. Unfortunately, it's out of stock now.

I just found out about that Fred Perrin pen a few days ago, and of course, I want one! Thanks for the information Esav; super helpful as always. I tried Google-ing the Perrin pen for other sources but only came up with a European website (at least I think that's where it was). Thanks again.

Sorry to hear it. If you got them from Timberline, advertised for the LCP, you should send them all back.

Now I wonder about Brigade QM, what they are really selling.

Has anyone gotten in touch with Greg Lightfoot about this?
