Lighting and thunder in Ventura Co. today

I guess it is a good day to sharpen the knives and stay indoors. We are getting a significant rainfall again. We need it. I will have to check the local news for mudslides. The soil is very saturated already. This is gonna be a great year for native wildflowers. I think I need to go to the Anza Borrego desert show this year. It is on my bucket list.

I thought it was supposed to be 72 and sunny today.
Anza Borrego is one of my favorite places. I grew up hanging out in that area and I never get tired of it.
