Hey Guys.... I'ts been a long while since I've posted much of anything anywhere.... just been a little busy
Here are some of the new Karambits I've been working on.

THey are made of .180 CPM CRUWEAR
RC/hardness is 63-65
colors are Tungsten, Bronze, Forrest Green, and Black
Sharpened on every edge, VERY light weight
The main edge is a hollow grind with a convex edge, the rippers on top are also a hollow grind with each ripper being a convex edge. The top edge and front bevel are both flat/sabre grinds as well as the secondary bevels.
Hope you guys enjoy, let me know what you think.

These look great!

What were the processes that went into the making of these? Part CNC or all CNC? Hand finishing? HT in house or sent out? What will the sheath on these be like? Thanks!

Thanks for the question, Designs are waterjetted and then mill profiled and chamfered for uniformity. Since the Cruwear gets so hard during heat treat I rough pre-grind all of the knives, and then heat treat them. CRUWEAR requires 2 ovens, so it's a little more involved than a regular heat-treat. For a lot of knives I do in house, but if it's a larger number I usually send them out to Peters HT. THey do an OUTSTANDING job. I finish grind them after heat treat, and then I go to the cerakoter, and we cerakote them..... I have the mark laser engraved on the knives because my electro-chem etch wont penetrate the cerakote. Then I sharpen them back on the grinder.
The sheaths are being made right now..... they are quick detachable Pull the DOTs on custom biothane straps reinforces by Andrew's Pals universal platform st801 nylon straps.. the sheaths themselves will be out of Bolteron........ they are low profile, reversable(direction) belt carry. The sheath is held together with hardware that allows you to take it apart and service/clean it.

They are available right now while they last....... but I'm not up to date with the link rules.......so I don't want to post the link in the open forum, unless I'm sure that it is ok. But I'll pm you if that is ok.

Here is the finished sheath system. The biothane was not necessary, and this first run is out of .080 kydex. The system is fully reverseable, and moveable. Quick on/off just two pull the dot snaps away........It can fit a belt, pals webbing, and even a pup face for additional pals/attachment carry options.
