Here you go!!!:eek::eek::D

We were able to capture one of the lightning bolts that Struck the Busse Combat Shop and we locked it in the handle material room! :eek::eek::confused:

It sounded like a good idea at the time, but hey, I drink and sometimes that can have an affect on my judgement!!!!:confused:o_Oo_O:thumbsup:

It burned up a lot of material but not all was lost, and we ended up with some pretty wicked chunks of Lightning Strike wood and micarta!!! :cool: :thumbsup: :cool: :thumbsup:

WOW! Never thought of combining these 2 art forms. The burn on the mic is impressive! I've seen some amazing Lictenberg art and could see it on wood but on micarta? That's where those sitting around thinking crazy thoughts out loud can sometimes work out! HAHA!
 
Love that micarta with or without the lightening bolts. More a rich golden brown rather than the current tan. Looks great on that naked steel!:thumbsup::cool:

I feel bad for your wallet... All the expensive insulated tools that you bought just to work on them. ;)

Seriously though, did you use a wood burner for those? Look very cool!
