I scored a hat trick today. I received a medium, clip-point Voyager, the Tuff Lite and a Best Pal push-knife. What an incredible value for $87!!
I will use these when exercising outdoors or when I need lightweight Summer carry.
Not suprisingly, the Voyager and the Tuff lite are both extremely rugged, no worry "beater' knives. The Voyager has serious detent, ouch, be careful. They can also double as last ditch self-defense blades, if you are unlucky enough to find yourself in that situation.
Both of these knives need lanyard holes on the clip side please! :( I can't be the only one who likes to pull a knife out of the pocket by it's lanyard?
I am super impressed with the Best Pal. I also have the smaller Safemaker and Safekeeper. I made a tan paracord neck lanyard with a breakaway connecter, and it feels great around the neck. The blade is nearly as long and wide as the Safemaker but is much lighter and way cheaper. The sheath really snaps on (unlike the other two) and I feel very, very confident that the pushknife is secure, suspended upside down. It seems lighter, more comfortable and more secure than even my Bowie Spike.
Keep the rugged value knives coming!:D
